The next meeting of the Western North Carolina Pilot’s Association is next Tuesday, February 21st. Mike Cavenaugh, our FASTeam representative, will present on “Transition Training.” In addition to being interesting on its own, it also provides WINGS credit for all attendees.
We will have our annual Chili Cookoff at this meeting, with sampling beginning at 6:15 p.m. Pot-luch contributions of chili or any other accompaniment are encouraged.
The meeting is in the Lacy Griffin aviation center. Parking continues to be affected by construction; if no space is available in front of the building, use the spaces in the adjacent maintenance yard (gate 24) or in the viewing area down the road.
