Feature Program: Mike Doornbos gave an entertaining and informative presentation on what building your own airplane takes in time, sweat equity, money and commitment. Mike is currently building a Zenith kit-built airplane. While there are many companies that produce kits to build your own airplane, and help is available, you must have an unrelenting determination to take on the task of building the airplane with the goal of flying it.
